My Approach
As a book cover illustrator, my role goes beyond making something look good. DO judge a book by its cover, I say, because that cover should encapsulate the atmosphere and character of the story inside!
The cover illustration of a book does a lot of heavy lifting. It has to look good enough to get your lovely reader to pick it up, resonate with the target audience, reflect current trends while remaining timeless, and carry deeper visual notes so that as your reader gets to know the story.

Expanded Book Cover Design Options
To enhance your book cover experience, the following services can be added to your cover illustration package.
Custom lettering that merges illustration and typography into a single, cohesive artwork, adding warmth and that extra human element to the look of the title.
Final, print ready files delivered with all required elements (logos, barcodes and blurbs), so your book is ready to send straight to the printers.
A welcoming and character-rich title page featuring hand-drawn type and a small spot illustration, designed to echo the cover and set the from page one.
Ideal for hardbacks and children's books, illustrated end papers add a sense of quality and cohesion. These may feature repeating motifs or full-bleed illustrations for keepsake editions.
